If you hear a difference with a different computer configuration, the DAC is to blame.
Your argument is the equivalent of saying the computer is to blame if a computer printer does a lousy job of printing when connected to certain computers.
As a DAC manufacturer, you really shouldn't be on here deceiving people about why your DAC (or a DAC manufactured by a competitor) sounds bad, by the way.
