Fidelizer does not improve SQ by a lot. For a start, it does nopt disable networks in the last version, and still leaves a hell of a lot in services and processess.
When someone talks about 'optimising' and OS, he/she is talking about dealing with many many variable, the combination of which has ming boggling permutations.
A much better approach is to give the player its own core with high priority and anything else lower priority in another core. The improvement in SQ is very pronounced
