Hey Dynaudio:The simple fact of the matter is that many spdif outputs are limited to either 48khz only, or 48 or 96khz.
Many won't do 44.1 or 88.2.
Onboard codecs and cheaper soundcards are famous for having a "48khz only" spdif output.
