Re: Apple question - AIFF/M4A?

Under importing settings (iTunes) I have:

AAC Encoder
AIFF Encoder
Apple Lossles Encoder

I chose Apple Lossless Encoder but the resulting file is M4A.

Which one is the best ? Storage is no issue, quality is.
