Ripping entire albums with EAC- labeling difficulty

I have begun to rip some entire albums with AEC (then compressing them with LAME to MP3 files). Doing this by selecting "Copy Image and Create Cue Sheet" (after EAC has successfully detected the album) results in one file for the album. My player software (slimserver) considers this file a "Song", without noting the track, album and artist info. This makes searching more cumbersome, and cuing up individual tracks impossible.
What to do?
