The new DAC is simply incredible. Back in the day the first TubeDAC beat all challengers in my system up to around $6k. That was BEFORE the new power supply. That was before the new model DAC, which was before my USB, which was before this new DAC. The new DAC is the biggest jump in performance over all others.The bass improved dramatically and has more control and the soundstage is absolutely 2x wider and deeper. This is with the new 4XAC, which is a MUST.
