Hello everyone,I want to introduce my little open source project. It is a
plug-in for Window Media Player that doubles the sample rate of an
input stream if its sample rate does not exceed 50KHz. The plug-in
also converts a word length from 16 bit to 24 bit. The upsampler
is very accurate; its noise floor is much lower than the one
of a 16 bit input. The home page of the project ishttp://sourceforge.net/projects/srdoublerwmpplg
I wrote this plug-in to make my music listening sessions more
enjoyable. I hope it will do the same for other fellow inmates.- Lev
