This sure looks like a nifty device but in looking at the back of it, no optical audio out option.
On the little bitty old Apple Express you had both a USB and RCA/Optical audio out option.I had tried both the rca and optical audio direct to a Lavry DA-10 for the stereo system. The optical audio out connection is impressive and the RCA is usable.
I really wonder why Apple didn't include this on their new box.
