Used Echo Gina or M-Audio Audiophile 2496?

Hey gang.

I'm wanting to upgrade the soundcard in my studio computer. Here are my hardware specs:

Intel Celeron 1.2 GHz
VIA
VIA Tech vt82c686
Windows 98SE
256 MB RAM.

I'm planning on picking up either a used Echo Gina or M-Audio Audiophile 2496. I need something I can use with an older version of Samplitude and CoolEdit Pro with no-latency monitoring of the input signal during playback of the already recorded tracks. I'm not worried about sampling rates above 44.1 kHz or MIDI, I just want neutral, quiet multitrack recording capabilities with no-latency monitoring.

Since I can't really afford anything else at the moment, I don't want to buy a new faster computer or buy Windows XP, etc. I just want a good used solution for my current computer.

Thanks for the help & have a great day!
Bobbo :-)
