not sure if this is the right forum to post in but here it goes ...
i loaned my Sony cd recorder to a friend and he recorded an old vinyl record from the early 70s. the record was a recording of a radio comedy duo released under the radio station's label.
normally when i record to CD i need to manually enter the track names after importing the cd in to iTunes.
but, after importing the newly recorded cd in to iTunes to add the track names - he found the track names were already there. no info about the record had been entered, and as far as we know there's no CD version of this record. any clue how this happened? it's not bad thing - just an odd thing.
