On paper, it seems to have everything you want. I was told (but have not confirmed) it is able to passthrough SPDIF in when not connected to PC. I won't be interested in the SPDIF interface at all, I'm more interested in it for high quality ADC and DAC (it features the new wonder DAC that everyone has been raving about).I'm planning to buy this, but was waiting for it to be discounted, and also waiting for Vista compatibility to be confirmed.
