Thanks for the tube recommendations, just what i was looking for.I got mine pretty soon after it was released (last spring), and i was cycling through a lot of ancillary equipment at the time. So in short, i can't remember details about break in. I can say it definitely feels like it's "mellowed" over the course of the year, for whatever that's worth. Maybe i've just adjusted to it - it's quickly become my primary source - but it just sounds right now.
of course, now that it's all settled in i want to try tweaking it with the PS and new tubes.
