Yea, it's not for everyone, you have to really appreciate tube audio gear in general to really want this. It's more of a novelty then anything. And you have to appreciate Aopen for what they did here to put together old technology and integrated into the new technology at the time. I'm just using a 1.7 MHz Intel 400mhz CPU on this board, can go up 2.6mhz CPU at 400mhz. But I'm running a Linux OS on it, so it's speedy fast. At some point I'll max out the ram, and put the 2.6cpu in it, and maybe run Vista on it so it's somewhat up to date.
