My Ego-Sys Waveterminal U2A is dying. The problem is, the functionality that I need is found in units that are discontinued (Terratec Phase 26, Edirol UA-5). Anyone know something with this:

1. USB input
2. ASIO drivers
3. Coaxial S/PDIF input always active
4. Optical S/PDIF output
5. 44.1kHz

This configuration allows me to use the USB input for ASIO music playback, yet when not using ASIO it allows a powerful secondary soundcard connected to the coaxial S/PDIF input (for movies, games). In either situation the optical S/PDIF output routes cleanly to a DAC / reclocker. This was the ideal setup, but I'm having trouble finding a replacement.
