Actually, Plextools with a mated Plextor drive can provide even better results than EAC on damaged disks, and the same results with disks in good condition at much higher ripping speeds. However, this is only achieved when using their software/drive combo. Outside of that EAC is an excellent tool, but at 3-4x ripping speed is a bit slow for my busy life ;-).Please note my comment further up in this thread about drive read offsets. If you are using EAC, make sure you add in the AccurateRip software. This will set the correct offsets for you automatically to help ensure that the rips are truly accurate (hence their name!).
