Surprise discovery: WinAmp supports 5.1 audio via otachan's ASIO output!

I've been searching for a way of playing multi-channel audio through something other than Windows Media Player when I discovered that WinAmp and otachan had supported it all along!

If you use a m-ch source (eg. 6ch WAV file, WMA or other formats like Wavpack), WinAmp will pass the 6ch output to otachan's ASIO output plugin.

Otachan will send the first 2 channels (usually Front L/R) to ASIO 1/2, the next 2 channels (usually Rear L/R) to ASIO 3/4 and so on.

If you have a m-ch sound card with a native ASIO driver that supports more than 1 ASIO output pair, you're in business.

Sources for m-ch audio: ripped files from DVD-Audios, AC3 and DTS tracks from music DVDs, output from various plug-ins, etc.
