I think that many would be tough to manage using a Palm as well ;) I'd be curious to hear how easy it is to manage a larger collection using a Palm.In any case, one can always use a palm with itunes on even on the mac Mini, no. In worst case, one could take the step down and run Windows XP using Bootcamp.
I got about 600 CDs to manage, many from the same artists. And I have a laptop that I can use from my sitting area as well or remotely via the Apple remote.
