Fractal with musical input

I'm looking for a self generating art program (such as a fractal program) that I could put and audio signal into to make the artwork 'dance' to the music. I've looked at several freeware and shareware fractal programs that are very nice but none have an audio input. Does anyone have any idea what I am looking for? I've done serveral searches and haven't come up with anything yet. Maybe I'm not searching the right way. Nevertheless does anyone have any ideas?
