What I've read so far about the "room correction" done by vista tells me it's not nearly as comprehensive as Acourate (using BruteFIR) or Sbragion's DRC (using a convolver plugin).
You can't really compare the "DRC" done by vista to Acourate or Sbragion's. Not apples to apples anyways.
