Good website with lots of info on quiet PCs

Gmood,

Here is a good resource for building a quiet windows PC:

Silent PC review

Also, I would strongly second the suggestion of a Mac mini (the latest version with intel chips can run Mac OS X and Windows XP). Also, it includes "front row" and an tiny IR remote which allows you to select music from your listening chair.

Alternatively if you are not interested in the remote and running windows, an older G4 12'' ibook laptop would work well and gives you an extra screen.

I will be using my new Macbook with an external 400GB hard drive and USB DAC (Wavelength Brick). I plan to use this as a central system for TV, movies, and music as well.

Good luck,

Rene

PS: Gmood, nice to cross paths again.
