It's gonna let you know when you copy if you have errors.If you're running Accurate Rip, it will let you know the quality of the rip (much of the time)
I'm running P4 -3.2 500 Mghz bus - and 1 Gig ram
takes me around 15 min or so to rip a cd
Most of the time comes from the compression
I never bother to test CD's when I burn them - If Nero gives a "burn completed OK" or whatever the mmessage is , they're alright.
