I didn't like the "classic" winamp interface, and used the option for "modern" skin.I like that interface better than foobar, generally.
Was using ASIO with Foobar - can't remember which/what.

That's why I posted. So that if some had not tried it recently, the latest version may be working better.
DS is clearly better in my configuration. Easily better than kernel streaming. When A/B-ing them I went so far as to match levels with a DB meter, although it really wasn't necessary - there's that much difference. Couldn't get Otochan to run.
Of course, all of this could be limited to my particular config

Spoke too quick about no clicks and pops _grin_ had a few this afternoon, still - it's better with winamp than with foobar.
Yep, was getting the clicks and pops with ASIO. Was so bad in Foobar, prompted me to call tech support wondering if hardware issue. Had several with winamp today, but not really enough to worry about.
