Yes indeed I use the EQ in WMP, in itunes (internet radio), and in any software I try - I'm messing around with jriver and ASIO right now mostly out of boredom on a weekend.I cannot live without EQ - since I first used the Behringer DEQ2496 well over a year ago, I've found audio a complete waste of time without EQ - with a wall and sofa between my Quads, there's just no hope without it.
That I suppose is also one of the bonsues of going to computer based audio in addition to all that internet radio - most every package has digital EQ. Actually when I first purchased the Bobcat I was new to computer based audio and I thought IT had the EQ, when I finally got it I quickly found out EQ was in WMP all along. No matter though, I love my Bobcat.
