Hi,I have recently purchased a Macbook and everything except this issue has been great. The thing is I access a server running XP for the apple lossless files. I can connect via the gui or command line, BUT when the Macbook sleeps, I lose the shared folder (it is unmounted). So what happens in iTunes is a seemingly random number of songs have an exclamation point by them. If I click on the song, no problem. But if I run into one of these songs in a playlist, iTunes will skip over them.
Another annoying problem is iTunes automatically changes the location where it stores ripped CDs, so if I am not paying attention, it starts importing onto its own harddrive.
Any suggestions?
