No, don't create a new library

iTunes can keep track of files spread over multiple drives so you you don't need a different library for each drive.

After you add a new drive go to

Preferences
Advanced
GENERAL tab
iTUnes music folder location

select change and point it to your new drive. Everything added from that point on will go onto the new drive. You will have one library with multiple drives and iTunes will know where all your files are.

iTunes will lose them if you move them later. You can always add them back to the library by drag and dropping the files but you shouldn't need to do this.

DO check "keep iTunes music folder organized" as this maintains a nice folder/subfolder structure on your drives

DON'T check "copy files to iTunes music folder when adding to library" in case you drag and drop files into your library from another drive it won't copy the files to the default drive
