and off on the right foot _grin_

Just ordered the Lynx two B -

Software should be easier to figure out than hardware - with hardware it's so hard to be reasonably sure what the quality of hardware dacs are and that sort of thing.

I've got about a 25 foot run from the PC to the BSS digital crossover and thought I would try cat5 - two strands twisted to each pin

BTW, if anybody has suggestions for better digital breakout cables for the AES/EBU - I would be interested - or if you think a better breakout cable won't matter that much on that run, let me know.
