The file structure is slightly different than one created by iTunes. Might not matter to you as iTunes can read and play the files, but it can't share them over a network. I'm also pretty sure the files aren't compatible with some iPods, maybe the nanos but I'm not positive about that. The other issue I've seen is it gets it's album data from freedb, and you really have to watch as you can get some pretty strange results depending on who submitted the data. CDDB used by iTunes is a much cleaner database.
