Too many volume controls!

I just bought a Ray Samuels Hornet headphone amp, and thought I'd use it with my computer at work as well. Computer is a G5 PowerMac, running iTunes, and the speakers are Monsoon MM-1000 powered speakers. Connections are all analog, obviously.

There are four volume controls that affect the output: 1 for the Mac, 1 for iTunes, one on the Hornet, and one on the speakers. I realize I have no idea how to set these for the best output. Can anyone give me any guidance?

Thanks!
