You might be able to address that to some degree with a good audio processing program like Adobe Audition. The basic technique is to sample the feedback and then use that to tell the program what to digitally remove. (I've seen that used to remove a noisy fan near the stage that interferred with a recording of an acoustic guitar.) The method works best when the noise you want to remove is both distinct and steady.

However, like most Adobe products (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) an experienced user will get better results. This is not an canned operation for first time users.
