Squeezebox vs D-Link

Any thoughts on this media player from D-Link. That it does video (Hi-Def) plus streams audio and has a digital out seems to indicate that this might be an advantage to have over the squeezebox if one is using a D/A convertor after audio has been streamed. Or am I missing something?
