The usual spec for triodes that require 6.3V on the filament is plus or minus 10%. That means that voltages below ~5.7V are not recommended. Your 6AS7 is operating at 20% below the recommended value. But it also depends on what you are doing with the tube, the stresses on it, etc. So you are getting away with it now and probably you will get away with it for a while, but it is bound to have an effect on tube life in the long run. It may also have an effect on performance under dynamic conditions, which would be difficult for you to detect. IOW, the circuit might sound better if the 6AS7 was lit up with closer to 6.3V.
