Buffalo DAC with MP-3

OTL, Output Transformerless Amplifier User Group.

I was wondering if anyone out in Atma-Sphere land was running one of these with either of the Atma preamps? I was wondering about the I/V stage on the buffalo DAC, there is an op amp version (Ivy) and a discrete version (Legato). Running balanced inputs to my MP-3, I was wondering if one was a better match than the other impedance-wise.
Subjective listening opinions are another story. I suppose there's only one way to know - you'd have to test both and listen.
