I too favor the circlotron, but lets also keep in mind that the Panthere' deviates from the Futterman circuit in that it incorporates a triode output stage. This required an additional driver stage not present in the Futterman circuit, which is one of the "problems" of the Panthere'. Also, I am happy to learn that the Panthere uses quality lytics, but the Fourier amps I have seen and owned also used circuit boards of questionable quality and spade connectors where one would prefer real solder joints. Nevertheless, by all accounts those are great amps when working properly, and I am glad to hear that this pair is in that category. I just didn't want to see Julius Futterman take the rap for past problems exhibited by Fourier amplifiers.
