OTL for VMPS ribbons?

Any suggestions? The three midrange ribbons are about 90.5 dB, moderate impedance, above 280 Hz only. Tweeter ribbon is padded down, about 96 dB.
I heard the 50W mono Bruce Moore transformer coupled amps on the same speaker & was thoroughly blown away, a league above the best SS.
For a long time I've thought it would be smart to have a two-channel tube amp for biamping: Each two-channel amp has a 75-100W KT88 for the mids, the other channel is a 25W (think sweet as honey 300B) tweeter amp. Doesn't that make sense? Or maybe a three channel amp, with SS bass section & the above two tube amps, all on one chassis? Three might be too big & heavy though.
