That's a new one. I finally understand that "OIMPS" refers to a silver-foil and oil cap made by V-cap. You are certainly entitled to your preference. It is surprising that the OIMPS caps are not apparently available in higher voltages, but here is what you could do, at some additional expense and complexity: use two caps in series. For example, two 0.33uF/250V caps in series will give you a final capacitance of ~.16uF with a voltage rating of 500V. This is about right for the coupling application in your amplifiers. Whether this solution will still have "balls" and not be too neutral is for you to judge. Oddly, one of the things I have noticed in my system with oil caps is that they tend to be a tiny bit reticent, not ball-sy at all, though I have no experience with the V-cap product. I agree with Ralph that teflon is the way to go.
