How I found this out was I was talking to the owner of auricaps becuase I wanted to buy his products at dealer cost to resell in stuff that I service for people and we were talking and I had mentioned to him that I used to use siderial caps.He then said that is his original cap and he changed the name but kept a similar appearance and makeup and of course the stranded wires.
I will tell you tho from experience and I have over 90 tube amps including integrateds that I bought thru the years for next to nothing..Paper in oil caps and teflons are unquestionably the best sounding caps period!! If you noticed as of late all the real exotic caps seem to be of paper in oil or teflon makeup such as Vcap or mundorf or Angele to name a few.
