location of relay for time delay

Hello.
I'm now building 6C33 OTL.
Would anyboby recommend me a good location of relay for time delay?
As you know, B+ must be wait about 90 seconds after heater is turned on, not to shorten the life of 66C33.
(1) primary of B+ power transformer
(2) secondary of B+ power transformer, before Bride Diode
(3) secondary of B+ power transformer, right after Bridge Diode
Which is best of the above?
