Cap upgrade for my M60 and MP3

I read the review on 10 Audio about the Sonic Craft Sonicap Gen. 1 caps and was thinking of trying some in my MP3 or M60.
Does any one know what the cap values are and which caps in the pre-amp or amp you would try first?
