Jud of course is the best person to ask this question to. There have been some changes made over the years so an older set of OTLs can have a different input impednace than the newer amps. It has always been 50K ohms or higher though. Output impedance will vary on the feedback setting of the amp. Don't hold me to this as this is an educated guess, but the output impedance of a VZN-80 probably ranges from around .5 ohms to around 10 ohms - depending on feedback setting.
