The problem with this logic is that it assumes that most, if not all, of Ralph's business is to repeat customers. I really doubt that's the case. Something tells me either the dealers balked big time (possible),a lawyer recommended Mssrs. Blazer and Gilmore abandon the quest based on some legal impropriety (maybe??), or they didn't have and couldn't raise enough capital to buy Ralph out.But that still doesn't explain why B & G apparently GAVE their shares and control of the company back. Did Ralph buy them out?
(Something tells me he doesn't have the cash for that) Was there a white knight?I have a feeling that all parties are under some sort of no comment agreement, so we may never get the real story.
