Long speaker wires w/AtmaSpheres

I am currently running a pair of MA-1s with a 25 foot pair of MIT T2 speaker cable, and (as Ralph warned me)it is not a good combination. Substituting short lengths of plain speaker cable gives a big improvement. I would prefer to locate the amps away from the speakers, though, to avoid clutter at one end of the room, and better show off the amps. Has anyone found a speaker cable that works well in long runs?
