I take it that by the acronym "ESL" you meant to refer to the Quad 63s. Certainly the ZH270 would be an ideal choice to drive either the Quad 63s or the derivative "USA Monitors". The ZH270 can drive any ESL I know of handily, except for the issue of power. For Sound Lab speakers, probably you would want to use a pair of ZH270s strapped for mono operation.
