DON'T DO ITYou are playing with dynamite. I owned a Fourier Triode (stereo version of the Panthere) and had nothing but trouble (well, it sounded good when it worked, which was all too infrequently). If you must use 4 ohm speakers with such amplifiers, buy a pair of the ZERO autoformers because they will save your bacon! You'll thank me later :-)
Oh yeah - you might also want to start looking for some spare high voltage electrolytic caps in case any of your coupling caps go south. In his infinite wisdom the designer used some weird surplus caps from India that nobody ever heard of and are unobtainium. 1300 uF, 330 V if memory serves. And one thing more: get someone to look them over and make sure the solder joints are decent. The parts quality in general was pretty good, but layout and workmanship were substandard to put it mildly.
Sorry to rain on your parade, but take it from someone who's been there and chalked it all up to experience as he gave the amplifier away.
