I used to have the 63s for years, and for the last six months i got the 988s so the amp would be used with them. i just posted '988/63' counting that there will be more replies.
BTW, i do not find so big difference between those two speakers but on the other hand i had other electronics/source at the time when the 63s left my home 5 years ago.
I would say that i have a smallish room (4x5m).
