I have this combo and I received this instruction from REL service:You first will need to carefully slice back the sleeve of the
REL cable to the length needed to do the following:Then connect the yellow REL wire to your left amplifier, the red wire to your right amplifier, and the black wire to your preamp's ground terminal.
This works just fine, as the REL now is grounded to your central system chassis ground. If you should disconnect the amplifier interconnects the ground will be broken and there will be a hum from the REL. Just turn off the REL first and there will be no hum.
