As The Euro Goes Higher, Peak Consult Prices Go Lower?
Toscana Suite 3907 at the Venetian

Las Vegas 2007 CES • In the wake of an ever-strengthening Euro, Signals-SuperFi has negotiated with Denmark's highest-performance loudspeaker brand to actually stabilize prices - and in some cases, reduce them lower than their prior marks. This move has allowed Signals-SuperFi to competitively position Peak's superlative loudspeakers against some of the mainstream stalwarts of the US audio scene. Owner Chris Sommovigo shares, "This will be great for Peak and even better for the North American hi-fi enthusiast. Peak products have always been designed and built to a superior standard, and their virtually flawless performance makes them one of the best kept secrets in the high-end. Now that we've negotiated for some more aggressive pricing, Peak won't be a secret for much longer!"

Of course that is a bit cheeky, as Peak Consult's Empress ($23,999.99/pr) has been placed as Stereophile Class-A and also earned a well-deserved spot for Joint Loudspeaker of the Year, 2005. Peak's stunning Zoltan model ($30,499.99/pr) also earned kudos from Dr. Jules Coleman in his May 2006 Superior Audio review, when he commented, "This is the sort of modern loudspeaker that I could live with long term - until, as they say, death do us part."

At CES, Peak will be demonstrating their top-of-the-line loudspeaker: El Diablo, finished in a glorious "Walnut Pearl" - a Special finish made by an interesting lamination of 1" thick solid Walnut with an Ash stripe. $64,999.99 in standard woods or Italian Walnut, $71,499.99 in Special finishes such as Walnut Pearl or Piano Lacquer Black.

If you’re attending CES, we'd love to meet you at our Toscana 3709 Suite at the Venetian. You'll be treated to fabulous sound, meet wonderful people, and you'll even get a peek at the newest Peak: The Princess F/S (floor-stander) - at $10,499.99/pair, this debutante is a steal!
