I think Larry Moore does/did this for his 10 squared amp. Probably run low and hot, though not sure. The Rp changes with op point to some degree though, so you can run it to get it as low as possible as a good start.
The other thing is if you run it parafeed, it has a better chance of working well since you can size up the inductance of the choke independently of the inductance of the OPT.
