Thanks Michael, I guess that's really it, the two cores. I'd been wondering about this question after seeing inductors on the web with split bobbin designs for low radiated noise. I also wondered about bifilar windings etc. Still a newbie, I keep thinking I've come up with an idea that all the greats overlooked. `,;^)BTW, How's your 845 amp doing?
