I continue to hold out hope that Mike will choose to end his sabbatical and return to making the world safe for truth, justice, and the American way.In my estimation: Hammond is OK; Heyboer is good; Electra-Print and Lundahl are very good; and Intact Audio is super-duper.
But [again, in my opinion], your criticisms of Mercury Magnetics are off-base. Almost exclusively, their market is cloning iron to closely mimic vintage guitar sounds...and they are very, very good at delivering to their intended audience. I would not be looking to them for audio gear.
