The mass of photos isn't anywhere near the mass of framed pictures. Thus they cannot produce nearly as much energy, the energy produced by the walls themselves vibrating is much greater than whatever photos can muster. You can ignore the photos as far as vibration goes. Capish? Take all the pictures in the house outside and see if that improves the sound. If the sound improves you can figure out why later.
